Another successful project completed ✔️

We manufactured and installed this feature wall for Viking Global Service, combining natural wood and precision-cut acrylic for a clean, modern corporate look.

🔹 6mm White Oak world map – CNC cut
🔹 5mm solid white Plexiglas lettering – laser cut
🔹 Installed using a full paper plot for exact positioning
🔹 Acrylic stencil used to align the text perfectly

The result is a high-impact, professional branding element that transforms the space.

Client feedback:
“Your team done an awesome job…”

Big thanks to our production and installation team for the attention to detail on this one 👏

If you’re looking to elevate your office or showroom branding, let’s talk.

Not every job in manufacturing ends with an installation photo.

Recently a client supplied their own polycarbonate for a fabrication project. We used the bonding system we successfully use on similar materials — but the adhesion was not at the level I’m willing to sign off for a public installation.

Instead of forcing the job through, we:

• tested additional adhesive systems
• brought in the material supplier’s technical team
• trialed multiple viscosities and bonding methods
• documented everything through our internal QC process

The result?
The panels could be bonded — but not to a standard I would trust in a high-traffic shopping centre environment.

At that point there are only two choices:
deliver something you know is marginal… or protect your client, your name, and the public.

I refunded the client in full and returned the material.

That’s not a loss — that’s quality control doing its job.

After 30+ years in this industry I’ve learned that our real product is not acrylic, polycarbonate, or aluminium.

It’s trust.

Anyone can make something stick.
Not everyone is willing to walk away when it shouldn’t.

Daily reality of running a fabrication business:
doing the right thing often costs more than doing the easy thing.

And I’ll choose that every time.
