At the annual Shareholders meeting held in April, our shareholders elected a new slate of directors while honoring our outgoing Chair Gayle Roberts in her final meeting. We are proud to welcome two new outside board members—Andy Platz and Cindy Milrany—along with our new Board Chair, Terry Neimeyer. This esteemed collection of industry experts will be invaluable in shaping the next phase of our firm’s journey, especially when paired with the diverse perspectives of our internal team.

The shareholders also elected two internal directors, Jake Bauer and Amy Holmes, who will both be serving their second 3-year terms.
