Investing in American manufacturing means investing in the people. It means growing skills, creating opportunities, and supporting communities right here at home.

10/12/2026

You don’t have to know manufacturing to appreciate the people who make it happen. Behind that work are people who bring skill, patience, and pride to what they do every day.

Team | noun: A group of people who combine their skills and work together toward a shared goal.

Our welders, fabricators, and machinists bring different skills to each job, but our shared goal reaches beyond that: to build dependable parts for the people who count on them.

There’s pride in knowing something made with our hands will become part of someone else’s mission. And there’s gratitude for the people beside us who help make it possible.

Dan, the machine shop’s “mad scientist.” 🔬⚙️

To be clear, nobody else calls him that. We just think it fits.

Dan has a way of looking at a challenging machining job, figuring out what it needs, and putting his experience to work. The skill behind a precise finished part isn’t always obvious when you see it, but watching Dan work makes it hard to miss.
