Today our team held our quarterly all-team meeting event, gathering our field and office staff together at the Hilton Wilmington/Christiana. Our team went over process changes over the last few months and exciting opportunities coming up. It was great getting to spend the day with the team and prepare for some amazing projects over the summer!

Tonight our team held our sixth annual axe throwing event at Tilted Axes in West Chester! Jake ended up taking home the trophy and cash prize this year in a three-way finale against Jeff and Terrell. Congrats to Jake for winning the tournament! 🪓🏆

We're excited to announce that Braden and Raul are joining the Trinity team! These two started through our internship program with the University of Delaware and are now full-time employees with the company post-graduation. Braden is joining our business development team and Raul is joining our accounting team. We're thrilled to have them on the team with the experience they've gained throughout their internships.

Our team had its first grill & chill event of the year at our shop last week! With Julie running the grill and our team finishing up after a day of field work, our staff celebrated the warm weather with burgers and hot dogs.
