They have a combined total of over 130 years of Land Surveying experience and provide the “hands on”, day-to-day, supervision of all projects. Our Survey Teams use Electronic Total Stations and Data Collectors. The Teams average more than 20 years of experience among them; the Survey Party Chiefs average more than 15 years of field experience. They are versatile in their abilities and experience, which benefits the client by reducing field time to acquire specific data for design information. Our files contain over 45 years of historical land and survey records, including those prepared by Franco R. Bellafante and Burnie R. Waski, allowing Merestone Consultants, Inc. to offer experience with youthful enthusiasm.

INSTALLING A FENCE? Here are a few important facts to consider before hand:

The approximate cost to purchase and install a chain link fence around the back yard of a 1/4 acre lot is about $2,500. A post and 3-rail fence is slightly less.

The cost to relocate that same fence within the property lines is about 2 times the initial cost if done before legal action is taken.

The average cost to have a Professional Land Surveyor mark the boundaries of that 1/4 acre lot is only a fraction of the original cost of the installed fence.
