Our Emerging Leaders program launched last week at our Branch Support Center (corporate office) in Fargo, North Dakota!

Program participants come from across Border States and demonstrate exceptional potential, dedication and the qualities needed to make a lasting impact as leaders. The program is designed to provide participants with opportunities to develop their leadership skills, broaden their professional network and prepare them for future challenges and growth.

Also, as a part of their participation, our emerging leaders volunteered with Down Home to help build furniture that will be used to help empower individuals transitioning from homelessness in the Fargo-Moorhead area.

The Great North Pole's mission is to help children and families in need in Cass and Clay Counties and to bring the joy and spirit of Christmas to those families through the support of community volunteers and donors.
