After months of fabrication and installation, one of our most anticipated projects is officially complete.

This large-scale façade installation features over 84,000 square feet of ACM fabricated and installed using our ECONECT-Z system. The exterior combines Faux Zinc Light and Faux Zinc Dark finishes supplied by Fairview Architectural, creating contrast, depth, and a modern architectural appearance throughout the building.

Designed to bring more than 470 residential units and approximately 33,000 square feet of retail space to the neighborhood, this development is a major addition to Jersey City’s growing community.
