We raised $344 for the United Way of Dodge County!

As part of our recent United Way Fundraising campaign, our team got competitive for a great cause with our "Pie A Leader" contest. Employees purchased tickets for the chance to smash a pie into a leader's face, and the results were absolutely hilarious.

A huge shoutout and thank you to our top "winners" who took a pie to the face like absolute champs:

• Dave R.
• Harland B.
• Carrie P.

Thank you to everyone who participated, bought tickets, and supported this fantastic cause. Your generosity makes a real difference in our community!

Earlier in the season a few team members from our Elgin facility enjoyed the Crosstown Classic at Wrigley Field. With fans cheering for both the Cubs and White Sox, it was a great chance to connect outside of work. Congrats to the Cubs on the win!

As Pride Month comes to a close, we’re reflecting on the opportunity our team had to celebrate, connect, and learn together at our Elgin facility.

During the event, employees learned more about Pride and the Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) that help foster an inclusive workplace at ITW. It was a meaningful opportunity to build connections, raise awareness, and celebrate the diversity that strengthens our teams every day.

Thank you to everyone who participated and helped make the event a success. Moments like these reinforce our commitment to creating a workplace where everyone feels welcomed, respected, and empowered to be themselves.
