False Google Reviews

This morning we received two 1-star reviews back to back. Following the negative reviews, someone sent text messages, as seen attached.

These accounts leave multiple 1-star reviews for businesses across the US.

We have reported the reviews through Google. In the meantime, if any of you have dealt with something like this or have suggestions, we’d appreciate the input.

Update: As of May 7, 2026 the fake reviews have been removed by Google. We are greatly pleased! 😄

The successful Junk Vehicle Removal Program Quota has been met. Free removals are no longer offered.

Free vehicle drop offs is still available at the contractor's location free of charge from 12pm-6pm, Saturdays only.

We offer free junk vehicle drop-off. Dropping your unwanted vehicle in the public right-of-way, at our driveway when we are closed, is unacceptable.
