The factory hot side intercooler pipe on the 6.7L Power Stroke is a known failure point. Crimped connections and the factory locking design can separate under boost, causing sudden power loss right when you need it least. The H&S Motorsports Hot Side Intercooler Pipe Upgrade replaces all of it with a full 3-inch all-metal pipe and heavy-duty billet coupler. Direct bolt-on, no tuning required, and backed by a limited lifetime warranty.
