What We Offer:
• Paid Internship: 1 to 2 weeks paid internship to learn the ropes
• Competitive Pay: merit-based on experience, honesty, knowledge, expertise, motivation, and capabilities
• Full-Time Hours: Monday through Friday, 40 + hrs/week ( overtime available)

Work Details:
• Physical labor required – ability to lift 80–100 lbs occasionally throughout the day
• Travel to job sites with the option to:
• Ride in a company vehicle from a designated meeting point
• Or drive yourself – Pay starts at the job site
• Occasional out-of-town work (3–4 nights every few months as needed) with all travel, lodging, and meals covered
