Starting Thursday at the Rochester Public Market you will be able to get waffles in a cup every Thursday and Saturday! for $5 you get 4 mini waffles with one of the maple syrups we have available that day, plus you can add different topping for $1 each!

We are really excited to start bringing different maple themed food to the market! This is the first of more to come over the next few months!

It has been a long week, I had to go back to real work and I am trying to finish the woods project this weekend so I am very late on this announcement...

Tomorrow (Saturday) at the Rochester Public Market from 730 to 2, we will be giving away samples of our first new offering with our newly inspected and minted kitchen, pancakes and waffles in a cup! Throughout September and October we will be sampling different things and start offering more maple goodies to eat while you shop at the market.

It is the busiest event season of the year for us, so we probably won't be fully operational until January, but stay tuned to see what we are planning and when you can come try different things!

Big news, kitchen project as the Rochester Public Market is done! Inspection Tuesday, then Ashley Heffner and Chad Flint will both be there Saturday giving away pancakes in a cup!

We are getting closer to the end of the woods thinning and clearing for the expansion this year. Quick update with a clip of me chainsawing and hauling a bucket of wood out.

I will do a final walk through of all the areas we worked in this spring and summer next week after I finish up.

And if I look smaller than usual, I have managed to lose about 20 pounds this summer, still more to go, but on the right path!

We are looking to add to the maple sales team for the holiday season! I have about 10 dates for someone to pick up some extra money between now and the end of December.

$20 per hour - no setup required, usually no tear down either. You just show up on time and sample and sell all our maple products. Some dates are at the public market, some are events around Rochester. You need your own transportation and enjoy interacting with people!

Here are some more pictures and the announcement...

We have turned our public market space into a kitchen. Once we get inspected, all our mustards, sauces, and other products will be made right at the market in our own kitchen.

We also plan to start serving a few different breakfast things at the market (think pancakes in a cup, chicken and waffles in a cup) as well a some other maple related things. Nothing crazy to start, but it's going to be fun!

You will still be able to get all your favorite Flint's Maple Products at the stand. We will have to cut back on the other retail things we had, but we will still have a handful of things from other amazing local businesses.
