Did you know Triad Building Components manufactures both vented and non-vented soffit panels? 🏗️ 🛠️

Structurally, vented and non-vented soffit panels are very similar. The primary difference is that vented soffit panels are designed to allow greater airflow. They are usually built on the east side of a of the structure to promote proper ventilation.

When paired with a vented ridge cap, vented soffits help create continuous airflow through the attic space, helping keep the attic cooler.

We can match all of our roofing colors, including standard & textured finishes, and manufacture panels in lengths from 6" to 18'. Built for versatility, durability, and a clean finished look. ✅
