Hi, I’m Rosie, the artist behind Dream Beauty.
I’ve been in the beauty industry for more than 14 years, and permanent makeup has become one of my greatest passions.
What I love most about this work is creating brows that look so soft and natural that they can look even more natural than brows drawn with a pencil.
To me, permanent makeup should never look like a heavy tattoo. I focus on creating beautiful shape, balanced color, and a soft, natural finish that enhances your face while still looking like your own brows.
I understand that choosing someone to perform permanent makeup on your face is a big decision.
If the shape, color, or technique is not right, it can affect the way your entire face looks. That is why I take my work very seriously. I don’t believe in rushing through an appointment or using the same technique for everyone.
Every client receives a personal consultation and careful brow mapping. I take the time to understand your features, your preferences, and the look you want before we begin.
Cleanliness, professionalism, and safety are also extremely important to me. Dream Beauty follows the required health and safety standards and is approved by the local Health Board. I maintain a clean, professional environment because your safety and trust always come first.
With more than 14 years of experience and thousands of beauty services performed, my goal is simple: to give you beautiful brows that look like you—not like a tattoo.
