Affinia Therapeutics, Waltham, MA – Avid Engineers has just completed the MEP/FP design phase for 27,000 sf of BSL-2 lab and office space at 43 Foundry Avenue. We are very excited to be working with the team including Hilco Redevelopment Partners, ci-design and J. Calnan & Associates. Affinia is working to transform gene therapy through a methodically designed proprietary platform. By engineering vectors and gene constructs, Affinia is building toward revolutionary treatments for devastating diseases. Construction scheduled to start in the fall of 2020.
