We were shocked to learn last week that our business was part of a 2022 New Jersey State Police investigation. We had found out several weeks ago that there was an attempt to get Lewis (Lee) Eggert indicted, but we were not sure of why.
THE COMPLETE CASE WAS DECLARED UNFOUNDED AND CLOSED ON JANUARY 5th, 2023.
We now have proof that this was initiated by the New Jersey Division of Fire Safety (Director Richard Mikutsky, Bruce Tynan, and Donald Nelsen) with help from some of our friends at Tuckerton Borough. This was direct retaliation for Carolann and I speaking at a 2022 Fire Safety Commission meeting and my comments at the 2022 firemens convention regarding the Tuckerton Fire Company and Dale having his fire related certifications revoked by the DFS.
This whole matter was based on misinformation and lies as highlighted in Donald Nelsen's complaint. We are curious as to why the DFS would be involved in going after our business.
We have paid our employees to respond to emergencies for over 40 years, and almost all work done on Tuckerton Fire trucks was done for free.
We want to thank our customers for sticking with us, as we don't know who was aware of the situation over the last several years.
