Why does pumping hurt for some moms even when everything seems set up correctly?

Many moms assume the size that comes with their pump will work, but that is not always the case. The wrong fit can cause discomfort and affect milk flow, and it is more common than most people realize. 🩵

Yes - you can bring your breast milk on a plane! Whether it’s frozen gold or liquid gold, you are able to bring your breast milk with you…and you don’t need to stick to the 3.4oz liquid limit because it’s deemed “medically necessary”.

Couple of tips:

💧 Tell the TSA officer you have breast milk
💧 Remove it for separate screening
💧 They will not/should not put anything in your milk
💧 Expect extra screening
💧 Clear bottles may help ease screening
