Cooling efficiency can make or break any build, but as power levels increase, the margin for error gets smaller and smaller. Keeping charge air temps under control isn’t just about making power — it’s about consistency, reliability, and giving the engine the best chance to perform every time it’s pushed to its limits. That’s exactly why we had fabricate new intercoolers with cores and new charge piping for this controlled 997 Turbo S. There is a LOT more to cover on this car soon, so stay tuned! 😮‍💨

Moving to the next level on the NISMO build:

Nitrous kit is fully installed and wired in, the new display screen is programmed, and next we’re onto nitrous dyno testing/ finalization, and then track testing 👀

We were fighting high temps on this GT500, so it was time to make a change. 🌡️💨

Installed a m**h injection kit and the difference was immediate — cooler temps, happier setup, and way more consistency when leaning on it. Sometimes the right supporting mods make all the difference. 😮‍🔥
