Our design practice places emphasis on stewardship, whether of our natural and energy resources, or financial resources. With energy modeling and accurate budgeting based on real project experience, FSMe is able to guide projects to meeting performance goals while budgets are met. Working closely with architects, we are able to provide valuable performance estimation on not only mechanical systems, but architectural features as well, so that the entire building is optimized to meet energy performance goals.

With the slab poured, another major milestone is officially in the books. Our Sperry Construction team is proud to keep this project moving forward and bring B&T’s new office one step closer to reality.
