FSM Engineering is a Tallahassee based Mechanical, Plumbing and Fire Protection consulting engineering firm. FSMe has been providing full service consulting engineering for construction projects since February 2010. Our project experience includes new construction and renovation of a wide range of building types including multi story hotels, data centers, offices, retail, restaurants, student housing, public, K-12, and secondary education facilities. Our design practice places emphasis on stewardship, whether of our natural and energy resources, or financial resources. With energy modeling and accurate budgeting based on real project experience, FSMe is able to guide projects to meeting performance goals while budgets are met. Working closely with architects, we are able to provide valuable performance estimation on not only mechanical systems, but architectural features as well, so that the entire building is optimized to meet energy performance goals.

Proud moment for Tallahassee.

FSM Engineering helped design the MEP systems for Charlie Ward's Champions Ranch, where the first multipurpose field was celebrated with a ribbon cutting on Oct. 29. Located at 5601 Capital Circle SE, the 112-acre project is being built as a safe place for local youth to play, learn, and grow, on and off the field.

Congratulations to Charlie and Tonja Ward and the Charlie Ward Family Foundation on bringing this vision to life. We are honored to play a part in a project that will serve Tallahassee kids for years to come.
