Talk about an upgrade! C&S successfully delivered the new North Maintenance Facility at Letchworth State Park — from design through construction administration!

As lead consultant, our team brought this 12,000-square-foot facility to life, centralizing all park maintenance operations in a building designed to complement its stunning natural surroundings.

Complete with roof-mounted solar panels, a geothermal system, and a stormwater pond, this project is a win for both functionality and sustainability.

Each year, C&S team members have the chance to participate in the C&S Personal Mastery Course, a unique opportunity for camaraderie, learning, and growth.

For the twelve members selected for the Class of 2026, the journey begins with a two-day event at Vanderkamp, a wilderness retreat set on 850 remote acres in Upstate New York.

Here, individuals transform into a team by overcoming physical and mental challenges together. But it's not all strenuous work—days are balanced with moments of quiet reflection among the tall pines and serene streams.

Over the next six months, these students will engage in various assignments and activities designed to develop them as leaders and individuals.
