This afternoon we celebrated 20 years of AMI! 🎉

What started in 2006 has grown into something truly special. Over the past two decades, AMI has continued to build and grow, driven by the dedication of our team and the strong relationships we’ve built along the way.

We spent the afternoon enjoying great food, prize drawings, and even better company. Most importantly, it was a chance to recognize the people who have made AMI what it is today.

Several incredible milestones were celebrated as well. We honored our first retirees, Phil and Steve, along with two team members who have been with AMI since its beginning, along with two more close behind with 19 years of service. Their dedication and belief in the company has helped shape AMI into what it is today.

We also gave a special thank you to Missy and Amy, Chad and Craig's wives, for their unwavering support over the years. Their encouragement behind the scenes has played an important role in this journey.

We’re proud of how far we’ve come—and even more excited about what’s ahead. Thank you to everyone who has been part of the AMI story so far!

Did you know AMI’s own Zac Morris is President of the Upper Mississippi Waterway Association?

Zac has extensive experience in waterfront design and shoreline stabilization across the Great Lakes, Gulf Coast, and Caribbean. He’s known for combining technical expertise with hands-on construction knowledge to deliver practical, real-world solutions.

He was unanimously re-elected to a second term as the UMWA President, where he’s helping drive engagement, education, and collaboration in support of the associations overarching goal to “Preserve the Working River.”

We’re proud to have his leadership at AMI and across the industry.
