Dial in Your Floyd Rose Radius with Guitar Bridge Saddle Shims

Stop fumbling with saddle shims, removing mounting screws and struggling to align tiny shim openings. MusicNomad’s Precision Guitar Saddle Shims for Floyd Rose®, Ibanez® and other Locking Tremolo Bridges give you a faster, easier and more precise way to set individual saddle height and dial in the bridge radius.

The 18 pc. stainless steel set includes four thicknesses: .003″ (.08 mm), .006″ (.15 mm), .010″ (.25 mm) and .020″ (.50 mm) that can be used individually or stacked together to achieve the exact height your setup requires.

Our patent-pending U-shaped design features a beveled leading edge that guides and self-aligns the shim around the saddle mounting screw, eliminating the need to completely remove the screw and saddle during installation.

The shim can also be installed from either direction, allowing it to stay hidden even when the saddle position would leave a traditional shim exposed with an unattractive appearance especially on black and gold hardware. Plus, due to its engineered size, it’s the only saddle shim available that also works at the locking nut, allowing you to independently shim up the bass or treble side of the nut. Setup Saturday!

This week's question: "How can I avoid damaging my guitar when adjusting pickups?"

When adjusting your pickup height, one slip of the screwdriver can leave a scratch or ding in your guitar's finish. Make sure you're using the correct screwdriver and that it's fully seated in the screw head before making any adjustments.

Take your time, keep the screwdriver straight, and use controlled movements to help prevent accidental slips.
