🔧 Engineering Spotlight: Elnur Aliev – Equipment Configuration Engineer
With nearly 20 years of hands‑on telecommunications experience, Elnur Aliev is one of the driving forces behind Winncom Technologies’ world‑class engineering and pre‑configuration operations.
Elnur began his telecom career in 2005 in Central Asia, where he completed technical school and joined one of the top tier 1 operators in the area as an Engineer 2nd Degree. In those early years, he built a strong foundation in base station installation, CPE deployment, cabling, and switch board integration, supported by certifications including CCNA and DAS.
One of the standout achievements from his field career came in 2006, when he contributed to a nationwide rollout that installed 118 base stations and CPEs in just seven months — a massive project that showcased his speed, precision, and commitment to quality.
Since joining Winncom Technologies’ Main Office in Cleveland in 2017, Elnur has become a cornerstone of our engineering workflow.
His meticulous approach ensures that every system leaving the Winncom Lab is fully optimized, accurately configured, and deployment‑ready for our customers around the world.
Outside of work, Elnur brings the same competitive spirit to sports. He’s an avid fan of Real Madrid, the Cleveland Cavaliers, the Los Angeles Lakers, and the UFC — and he stays active by playing soccer, basketball, ping pong, and volleyball.
Elnur’s global experience, technical depth, and dedication to excellence make him an invaluable part of the Winncom Technologies team.
