Bob spent more than 30 years at Northrop Grumman, most recently leading business operations for a $5 billion aerospace and defense portfolio. He joins us to scale these departments and functions as we grow across multiple sites in Washington, Utah and Montana.

From FL to WA, meet Elias! Drawn to the Pacific Northwest for adventure, new opportunities, and a change of scenery, Elias has spent the past two years at Janicki. With a degree in aerospace and space engineering, he brings technical expertise and a hands-on approach to his work.

His favorite project so far? The drone program, where detailed assembly work lets him dive into the precision engineering that drew him to the field.
