Schaaf & Wheeler President Chuck Anderson and Vice President Dan Schaaf were recently judges for the water treatment competition at the Mid-Pacific ASCE Student Symposium hosted by San José State University. They enjoyed seeing school spirit at the engineering level, and they witnessed many enthusiastic chants of FLOC-CU-LATION throughout the event. The future is bright!

Schaaf & Wheeler attended the annual CASQA conference this month in Pasadena, where one of our projects won an award for Outstanding Stormwater Capture and Use. As a subconsultant to GHD, we helped design the low flow bypass in the basin for the City of San José’s Riverview Stormwater Garden. We also helped make sure that we minimized impacts to the pump station. Read more about it here:
