My passion is design and this enthusiasm and commitment began in early childhood. As it evolves daily, is truly a work in progress.

Our design objective is to work with clients to realize their dreams and enhance their surroundings by designing environments and living spaces that create a balance between lifestyle and nature, a blend of internal and external space. By the time I was 18, my family had moved 22 times, owing to the fact that my father developed custom homes. This afforded me the opportunity not only to experience different living environments, but also to work for my father. Besides being an overall great person, he taught me all elements of construction, from planning and design to construction and finish work. To complement my “hands on” learning, I later completed Building Design coursework at Orange Coast College, and subsequently attended the Southern California School of Architecture (SCARC). Although I did not complete my studies at SCARC, my passion for design was not diminished and I returned to working in the field and preparing design and construction documents for local architects. I soon obtained my General Contractor and Remodeler licenses and began working on my own, which I continue to do to this day. I take great pride in the path I have chosen and continue to be inspired and influenced by art, fashion, music, cultures, food and most of all, buildings and design. I am also extremely grateful to my peers for the knowledge and experiences they have imparted to me.

Bathroom renderings of a current project…Our goal for this client’s bathroom was all about finding that balance between simplicity and strength. We paired raw stone textures and masculine tones to create a space that feels grounded yet effortlessly sophisticated. The floating vanities anchor the room, while black fixtures and clean lines bring in a modern edge.

Eads Residence is a complete re-model of an existing 70’s ranch style home with a 168 square foot addition. The home was gutted down to the studs, we re-arranged the flow of the home to revolve around its existing courtyard. Walls were removed to open the kitchen to the main living room. We re-designed the bathrooms and bedrooms, and changed the exterior to a Spanish colonial revival style.

Introducing the Belardi residence. This 8,894 square foot Mediterranean residence is perched on the bluff overlooking the Pacific Ocean. The pie shaped lot allows for expansive views. You enter through a lush landscape entry courtyard which sets the atmosphere. The open plan allows for views to the ocean and courtyard from anywhere in the home.
