When you see flashing lights or a vehicle stopped along the road:
- Slow down and stay alert.
- Move over when it’s safe to do so.
- Put distractions away and give roadside workers your full attention.
In Kansas, Move Over requirements also extend to stopped or disabled vehicles displaying appropriate warning signals. A few extra seconds of caution can make a life-changing difference.
