The annual 2025 Kibbe Klassic charity golf outing is on Friday, August 22, at the Beech Hollow golf course in Freeland.

Proceeds from this event will benefit Sleep in Heavenly Peace - MI, Saginaw to aid in building, assembling, and delivering beds to children who don’t otherwise have a place to lay their heads.

Our goal is to bring together golfers from across our community for a day of sport, camaraderie, and philanthropy. All sponsors receive corporate signage on the course, and most levels include golfing and the dinner reception!

WAK staff attended the 2025 Great Lakes Design & Construction Expo in Novi on February 12th, along with Spence Brothers and County of Saginaw representatives, to be recognized for the Dow Event Center Capital Improvements Project being selected as one of the winners for the CAM Magazine 2024 Project Achievement Awards. We are very proud and honored to be a part of such an impactful project.

William A. Kibbe & Associates has provided architectural and engineering design services for the State of Michigan to help improve a number of facilities located throughout the state. These improvements help the parks to continue to provide visitors with accessible, updated facilities to enhance the guest experience whether it’s a quick day trip or an extended stay at a campground. WAK is proud to be a part of the Port Crescent State Park project mentioned in the Free Press article, as well as electrical upgrades to both Hartwick Pines and Tawas Point Campgrounds which are both anticipated to be reopening in late Spring 2025.

Algonac, Ludington and Port Crescent state parks and Pinckney Recreation Area in Michigan are under construction. When their campgrounds may reopen.

Staff members attended the groundbreaking ceremony on the new Bay County Animal Services & Adoption Center!
As a no-kill shelter, Bay County Animal Services find homes for 94% of the cats and dogs in their care. With a record
number of animals, the need for a larger and more advanced facility to ensure the highest standards of care is here.
WAK is partnered with Spence Brothers, Bay County, Michigan, and
GBA to design a building that is functional, efficient, and
meets the highest quality standards for the health and safety of our animals.
