Under the leadership of Jenny Burbidge and Julie Kelso, this 16-person studio is set to bring big ideas, creative vision, and fresh energy to parks, trails, urban spaces, and communities across the region.

We joined Trailblazers, City of Bella Vista, Arkansas, and community leaders earlier this week to celebrate the ribbon cutting for Mile 41 of the Razorback Greenway. Crafton Tull provided civil engineering services for the 1-mile extension, which connects the Sugar Creek Center to Bluebird Trailhead. This new segment marks a step forward in expanding trail connectivity and creating more opportunities for residents and visitors to explore Northwest Arkansas.

We're excited to share that our project OZ Trails Bike Park won an Arkansas Recreation & Parks Association award! The project is Arkansas' first chairlift-served mountain bike park, located on 200 acres in Bella Vista and offering over 20 miles of trails, dining, a bike shop, and art installations.

Crafton Tull served as the site development engineer, which required unique solutions for stormwater management, such as permeable pavers and an intricate grading design to provide accessibility for all users. Our friends at Prism Design Studio provided landscape architecture services for the project.

OZ Trails Bike Park is a landmark recreational destination for the area and offers fun for all ages!

We were thrilled to celebrate the groundbreaking yesterday for Atmosphere Norman, an exciting new student housing community serving the The University of Oklahoma.

Developed by Trinitas Ventures, this seven-story, 209-unit facility will deliver vibrant, high-density living options ranging from studio to five-bedroom floor plans just steps from campus.

Our team is proud to serve as the site development engineer, providing full civil engineering and surveying services. We are honored to work with Trinitas Ventures, Cowen Construction, and Powers Brown Architecture to help bring this vision to life for OU students.

Congratulations to the project team for reaching this milestone!

Move in dates start next month for McAuley Place and a grand opening was held last week. Housing affordability is a growing challenge in Northwest Arkansas. That’s why we are so excited to be part of McAuley Place, an affordable housing initiative spearheaded by the Excellerate Foundation in partnership with Bentonville Schools , Mercy Health, and Arvest Bank. The 40 cottages will primarily serve Bentonville Public School employees, who can enroll in a homeownership assistance program and matching downpayment grant. An additional 120 apartment units will provide below-market rentals for families earning 30-60 percent of the area median income. Additionally, McAuley House will serve as both an on-site early learning center and a host site for adult classes during evening hours. The development is between Bentonville Community Center and a Mercy Health clinic with easy access to trails and other community resources.

Growth in Northwest Arkansas shows no signs of slowing down, and The Visionaries is a project that helps to bring that picture into focus. This building is one of the largest office developments in Northwest Arkansas' thriving Pinnacle Hills area and it celebrated an official ribbon cutting in July.

Crafton Tull provided civil engineering, surveying, and landscape architecture for this four-story landmark that has added to the area’s skyline. This nearly 195,000-square-foot mixed-use building is anchored by Nestlé and features office, retail, and parking space, along with amenities including a conference center, pickleball court, and even a dog park for Nestlé's pet food division.

As this area continues to grow, projects like this are helping to shape one of the region's premier business destinations in one of the fastest growing parts of Arkansas. We're proud to be part of the team bringing this vision to life.

We are thrilled to announce that Daniel Ellis has been promoted to Chief Operating Officer. Daniel has spent his entire 26-year career with Crafton Tull, leading key regional projects like Mercy Hospital NWA and the Walmart AMP. In his new role, he will focus on driving operational efficiency and quality across all 11 of our office locations.
