Congratulations, Kevin Pelletier - the High Five Employee Spotlight Award Winner for September!

Exciting changes for our Toledo, OH location! 🎉

Earlier this year, the store moved from a smaller plaza space to a nearby stand-alone location. The move has brought more space, easier customer access, and room to grow inventory from around $600K to over $1.2 million!

It’s still a work in progress as signage and organization come together, but the new space is taking shape!

Great turnout at the Nu-Way Auto Training last night! 👏

We had 33 technicians join us for an informative Dorman training session led by instructor Jerry “G” Truglia. Jerry kept things engaging with real-world techniques, helpful procedures, and plenty of discussion throughout the night.

A big thank you to everyone who came out, and great job to the Nu-Way team for putting together a packed house!

Our final stop on this incredible journey brought us to Victoria, the capital of British Columbia, Canada! ⚓

Although our visit was a quick evening stop, Victoria still gave us plenty to enjoy. From its beautiful gardens and impressive architecture to the lively downtown shops and restaurants, the city was just as charming after dark. Guests had the opportunity to explore Government Street, see the iconic Fairmont Empress Hotel, visit Chinatown, or simply stroll through downtown and take in the sights.

The next morning, we arrived back in Seattle to disembark and begin our journeys home after an unforgettable week filled with breathtaking scenery, incredible experiences, and memories we’ll look back on fondly for years to come. ❤️🏔️🚢

Our second-to-last stop on our Alaskan adventure brought us to beautiful Ketchikan!

Known as “Alaska’s First City” and the “Salmon Capital of the World,” Ketchikan welcomed us with incredible scenery, rich Indigenous culture, colorful waterfront views, and plenty of ways to explore.

There was truly something for everyone! Whether you strolled along historic Creek Street to watch the salmon and browse the shops, headed out for a hike, admired the beautiful totem poles, enjoyed the excitement of a lumberjack show, or treated yourself to a delicious crab feast, it was hard to go wrong.

No matter how you chose to spend the day, Ketchikan offered another memorable taste of the natural beauty and unique culture that made our Alaskan adventure so special! 🐟🦀🌲⚓

Day 5 of our Alaskan cruise adventure brought us to the breathtaking Icy Strait Point in Hoonah, Alaska!

Nestled at the base of White Alice Mountain, Icy Strait Point is one of Alaska’s newest cruise destinations. Opened in 2004, the port was created when the Huna Totem Corporation transformed a historic salmon cannery, closed since the 1950s, into a vibrant destination that now welcomes thousands of visitors each year.
Guests had the opportunity to explore the beautifully restored cannery, visit local shops and restaurants, and learn about the area's rich history in the museum. For those seeking incredible views, a scenic gondola ride offered stunning mountaintop vistas above the clouds.

Adventure seekers had no shortage of options, including whale watching, bear viewing, kayaking, Jeep excursions, and cultural experiences featuring traditional Native dance performances. Some even took on the excitement of the world's largest and longest zipline, over 5,000 feet of cable with an incredible 1,300-foot vertical drop!

Cruising Through Alaska’s Icy Wonder

After departing Juneau, our group experienced one of Alaska’s most breathtaking natural wonders, the spectacular Endicott Arm Fjord. Stretching 30 miles into the heart of Alaska’s wilderness, this dramatic waterway led us to the magnificent Dawes Glacier, a massive river of ice towering hundreds of feet above the water and spanning nearly half a mile wide.

As we entered the fjord, the ship slowed to a gentle crawl, allowing everyone to fully take in the incredible surroundings. The teal-blue waters were dotted with floating chunks of ancient glacier ice, while towering green cliffs, cascading waterfalls, and pristine wilderness created a truly unforgettable backdrop. The quiet serenity of the area made the experience even more remarkable.

When we viewed the Dawes Glacier, its striking blue ice and immense size left everyone in awe as we watched one of Alaska’s most famous tidewater glaciers up close. With the ship carefully turning around at the head of the fjord, every angle offered a picture-perfect view of this stunning landscape.

📍 Juneau, Alaska | Our second port of call brought us to Alaska’s breathtaking capital city, and what an unforgettable day it was!

With so much to see and do, our attendees made the most of every minute. Many joined a whale-watching adventure that included stunning views of the magnificent Mendenhall Glacier, while others enjoyed activities like gold panning, kayaking, and even spending time with sled dogs.

The wildlife did not disappoint! Bald eagles were everywhere, perched atop trees and lamp posts throughout the city. Out on the water, we witnessed one of nature’s most incredible displays: Bubble Net Feeding, a cooperative hunting technique used by humpback whales. Watching these massive creatures work together to trap schools of fish before surging to the surface with mouths wide open was truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience.

We also spotted sea lions basking in the sun and had the opportunity to visit the beautiful Nugget Falls Trail, where a spectacular waterfall and glacier views created the perfect photo opportunity.

Back in town, attendees explored local favorites like the historic Red Dog Saloon and the famous Tracy’s Crab Shack, soaking in the unique charm of Juneau.

It was an amazing day filled with adventure, incredible scenery, and unforgettable memories. The only complaint? We wish we had more time to explore!
