Ridge Hardware is making a BIG change for the 2026 heating season.
After years of carrying Lignetics, we’re switching to Supreme Heat.
Why?
Because if you’ve burned Lignetics for a long time, you probably already know what we’re about to say…
They just don’t seem to be the same pellets they were a few years ago.

We heard it from customers. We noticed it ourselves. And instead of shrugging our shoulders and ordering another truckload because “that’s what we’ve always carried,” we went looking for something better.

But we didn’t want YOU to be the guinea pigs.

Last season, we quietly gave some of the Supreme Heat pellets we were considering to several of our regular pellet customers and asked them to try them.

🔥 Every single one preferred them over the current Lignetics.
And the feedback that really got our attention?
“These remind me of how Lignetics USED to be.”

That pretty much sealed the deal.

Yes, you may recognize the Supreme Heat bag from other local stores.
Ours are different.

The Supreme Heat pellets coming to Ridge Hardware are sourced from the Eastern Shore. The Supreme Heat pellets currently being sold by other stores in our area do not come from that same source.

The bags may look the same or very similar — what’s inside is what matters.

We know people depend on these pellets to heat their homes all winter, and changing brands isn't something we take lightly.

We needed a change for our customers. We tested the change BEFORE we made it. And we feel like we found the right one. 🔥

We’re collecting messages from Ridge Hardware employees, customers, friends and neighbors to include with our letters while he’s at Marine Corps boot camp.

🔎 Looking for whoever bought this Toro from us!

Sometime earlier this year, someone purchased a Toro Ultra Electric Blower/Vac from Ridge Hardware and apparently left without a few of the attachments that came with it.

We recently went to throw away the box and found several of the tube attachments still tucked inside. 😬

If you bought this blower from us and recognize the box in the picture, these pieces may belong to you!

📬 Just to clear a few things up about Jaheem’s Mail Call… 😉

We are putting several letters together in PLAIN WHITE ENVELOPES — we aren't mailing him a mountain of decorated envelopes, or even a mountain of plain white envelopes all at once, and we do not expect him to write anyone back.

We're simply asking people to write a motivational letter to our recruit — tell him a story, tell him we miss seeing him around, wish him luck, and remind him that his community is proud of him. 🇺🇸

If you don't want to participate, that's perfectly fine! But we also don't need everybody's two cents on it… They stopped making the penny for a reason. 😉😂

We're going to keep sending a little encouragement from home. ❤️🇺🇸

🔥 NEW PELLETS ARE COMING TO RIDGE HARDWARE! 🔥

This year, we’re doing something a little different.

After carrying Lignetics for years, we’ve made the decision to switch our heating pellets to Supreme Heat.

And we didn’t make that decision lightly.

We know a lot of our customers have burned Lignetics for YEARS, and many of you have told us the same thing we’ve been noticing — the quality just isn’t what it was a few years ago.

Last winter, before making any changes, we gave some of the Supreme Heat pellets we were considering to several of our regular customers to try.

The feedback was pretty unanimous:
🔥 They preferred them over the Lignetics they had been getting recently.
🔥 Several said they burned more like the Lignetics they remembered from a few years ago.
That was exactly what we were hoping to hear.

One important thing to know: You may have seen Supreme Heat pellets at other stores in our area. While the bags may look similar or even identical, the pellets we are bringing in are sourced from the Eastern Shore. The Supreme Heat currently available at other local stores is sourced elsewhere.

Same name on the bag does NOT necessarily mean the same pellets inside.
We needed to make a change for our customers, and after testing these last season, we feel like this is the right one.

Supreme Heat will be arriving soon! 🔥
We’ll post pricing and availability once we’re ready to start filling up trucks, trailers and back seats with entirely too many 40-pound bags. 😂
