New furniture designs coming!

Table is complete, designed in Onshape, jigs made in Aspire to cut the base parts on the tablesaw. The center medallion was cut on the laser, the outside trim was cut on the CNC. Walnut for the top, Mahogany balance veneer on the underside, the base is Poplar, splayed at 12.5° and mitered at 12°, finished in homemade hard wax oil and wax.

Upgraded Toe-Clamps are on the way, along with Compression Clamps, Low-Profile Slab Clamps and Corner Toe-Clamps that will all use 8mm hardware and allow 8mm through machine screws!

Why print at an angle? The filament has layer lines, so printing at an angle offers the strongest part and even creates a spring where the clamp engages the work. Also, these clamps are designed with a 93° opening so the “toe” is angled downward into the work, the spring effect.

Printer is a Qidi Q2, Atomic Filament PETG-CF. We only use QIDI Printers.
