In observance of the holiday, PS&C will be closed on Memorial Day as we take time to reflect on and honor those who gave their lives in service to the United States.

How do you move a 105,000 lb enclosure that stands nearly 12 feet tall and 14 feet wide?

Very carefully — with the right team, the right equipment, and a whole lot of planning.

This massive custom enclosure is another example of the scale, precision, and capability behind the work we do at Power Systems & Controls. From design and fabrication to logistics and delivery, every detail matters when moving a unit this size.

Another example of PS&C custom fabrication capabilities. The pictures above show the incoming condition of a CAT 2MW power module before 100% refurbishment. The module was fabricated new, the DG set was rebuilt by CAT, the radiators re-cored, the tank and Silencer replaced and new updated controls from CAT. Each component was inspected to identify where we could make improvements to extend the life of the unit after complete teardown and assembly. The end result was a fully refreshed engine returned to like-new condition, ready for dependable performance and extended service life.

We had a great time celebrating St. Patrick’s Day on Tuesday at PSC! 🍀

Our team enjoyed a full St. Patrick’s-themed lunch complete with a custom menu, Irish pub-style atmosphere, and festive mocktails inspired by classic Irish drinks. It was a fun way to bring everyone together and add a little extra spirit to the workday.

A big thank you to everyone who helped make it such a great celebration!
