“Show me something built to last” ⚡️ 💀

Most casters in this size range (these have 5” x 2” phenolic wheels) rely on field-installable brake kits when a locking feature is needed. While our range of brake kits are great for a number of reasons, sometimes the job calls for a little more…. beef.

These particular casters have a polyurethane cam brake that is built into the frame from the start, making them much more durable for brutal applications. Paired with kingpinless swivel raceways and phenolic wheels, these guys are ready to take on abusive environments head-on.

We wouldn’t be in our 102nd year of business without learning from our customers along the way. So when our food service customer came up with a unique solution to caster and wheel maintenance, we took note, and we want to pass it on.

To keep track of when their wheels need replacement, this customer uses a color-coded system. Since polyurethane wheels are available in a range of colors, they use a new color for each year to keep track of when wheels were replaced. This makes it easy to stay on top of maintenance, making for a safer work environment, and less downtime.
