Our Mission:
From the beginning, our mission has been simple; to help others effectively reduce and manage the energy consumption of their buildings and campus infrastructure assets, via audits, assessments, planning, and engineering design services. Since our inception in 1981, we have continually expanded our offerings to include environmental, architectural, structural, civil, water, wastewater
and natural gas planning and design services that allow us to better fulfill our mission by having comprehensive technical capabilities resulting in a deep understanding of the relationships between the systems of building and infrastructure assets. Today, our core planning services are: energy, carbon reduction, central utility, deferred maintenance, and environmental. Furthermore, we offer the integration of planning data silos within database environments for convenient storage, updating, and reporting of key metrics to support better decisions by your organization towards its goals. Planning services are supported by full electrical, mechanical, civil, structural, architectural, and environmental engineering design to implement planned projects and accomplish goals. We are very proud to serve a wide array of prominent commercial, industrial, educational, and government clients within the Mid-Atlantic region from our 5 office locations across Pennsylvania. Our Value:
Bringing our unique expertise and understanding of energy, buildings, and infrastructure together provides you unparalleled perspectives in planning and design for a multitude of systems and challenges. With these perspectives, you can make more informed, and ultimately better decisions when it comes to managing, conserving, or allocating your resources efficiently to achieve your goals. Efficiency not only benefits your bottom line, it almost always has positive environmental and social byproducts as well, which contribute to the greater good. To make more informed decisions, we believe you need: (1) accurate and up-to-date information, based on real-scientific data that is understandable to all parties involved; (2) to take into account your needs today, as well as your needs tomorrow; and (3) to consider as many internal and external influencing factors as possible. Whether we are helping you develop energy or greenhouse gas conservation strategies, or a capital plan to reduce your deferred maintenance liabilities and keep your facilities running smoothly, we utilize our data management tools and expertise to evaluate diverse and complex aspects of each and every challenge to find solutions that are cost-effective, sustainable, and achievable.
