We're excited to welcome Bryan Panther, PE, to Spotts, Stevens and McCoy as a Senior Engineer in our Water and Wastewater group.

Based in our Lancaster office, Bryan brings 20 years of experience in water and wastewater infrastructure planning, design, and construction. He joins a team dedicated to helping municipalities, authorities, and industries address infrastructure challenges and plan for the future.

Over the past few weeks, we’ve had the opportunity to spend time with clients and colleagues over lunch, sharing ideas, discussing projects, and enjoying some great conversation.

Strong relationships help build strong communities, and we're grateful to be part of both.

With temperatures soaring today, it's a good reminder that infrastructure must perform in all kinds of conditions.

Extreme weather, whether it's heat, drought, heavy rainfall, or flooding, places increasing demands on infrastructure. SSM works with municipalities, authorities, and industries to evaluate conditions, support improvements, and help clients make informed decisions for the future.

Boots on the ground in North Heidelberg Township.
Our team recently installed a datalogger in a test well for a Reading Area Water Authority well project. The datalogger monitors groundwater conditions and collects data during well testing. This information helps evaluate the well's performance and determine how much water it can sustainably produce.

Good water resource decisions start with good data, and projects like this help provide the information needed for long-term planning.
