A new purpose for a familiar building. Working alongside Luminaut, CMTA provided full design to transform the former Highland Heights Civic Center into a facility supporting Kentucky’s and laboratory services.

Originally built in 1978, the repurposed building now supports a range of medical examiner, forensic laboratory, and services, providing critical support for coroners, law enforcement, the criminal justice system, and families across Kentucky.

Ignacio School District in Colorado partnered with CMTA to simultaneously address maintenance challenges and redirect dollars from the operational budget to the classroom.

The resulting project pairs system improvements with 417 kW of new solar, expected to generate more than 540,000 kWh annually and offset more than 90% of Ignacio Middle School’s annual energy use.

We recently celebrated the ribbon cutting of the new Margaret Brent Elementary School, a major milestone in Prince George's County Public Schools' Blueprint Schools Phase II program and a new chapter for students, families, and the surrounding . Delivered through an public-private partnership, this modern learning environment was thoughtfully designed around how students learn and grow.
