Learning, teamwork, and a little stress-smashing! 💥🎨
On September 24th, our Operations Department came together for our annual Operations Training Day, bringing teammates from Human Resources, Marketing, IT, Facilities, Accounting, and MIS together for a day of growth, collaboration, and connection. After a productive morning of learning, the team headed to iSmash in Phoenixville, PA for some well-earned fun and stress relief. From smash rooms to splatter painting, employees stepped outside their usual routines, strengthened communication skills, and built stronger relationships through teamwork and plenty of laughs.
We're proud to invest in our people and create opportunities that encourage both professional growth and meaningful connections. A big thank you goes out to everyone who helped make this year's Operations Training Day such a success! 👏

✨ Congrats to our very own, Kerry Kalinoski, who was recognized by the Philadelphia Eagles in September as a member of their NFL/NFHS Officiating Crew of the Month! This a program that recognizes the dedicated officials in the Philadelphia region who contribute their time and talents to keep high school football programs running in association with the Pennsylvania Interscholastic Athletics Association (PIAA). This is only the second crew in history honored by an NFL team - the first coming last season by the Pittsburgh Steelers. The PIAA also made a special shout out to Kerry in their press release, noting that Kerry is the first female official recognized by Pennsylvania through this initiative and the first female to work a PIAA Football Championship game. 🚶 October is National Pedestrian Safety Month! 🚶‍♀️
We all have a role to play in keeping our roads and communities safe - as pedestrians, cyclists and motorists. In 2024, 7,080 pedestrians were killed and an estimated 71,635 were injured in traffic crashes nationwide. On average, a pedestrian was killed every 74 minutes and injured every 7 minutes. [USDOT]
This , we remind drivers to help protect people walking by:
🚗 Following the speed limit, especially near schools and in neighborhoods.
👀 Staying alert for pedestrians everywhere, particularly in hard-to-see conditions. In 2024, 76% of pedestrian fatalities occurred in the dark.
🛑 Always stopping for pedestrians in crosswalks.
⚠️ Never passing a vehicle stopped at a crosswalk, since someone may be crossing outside your view.
🔑 Always driving sober.

Walking helps create healthier, more connected communities. This October, let’s look out for one another and do our part to make every trip a safer one.
