Project Spotlight: St. Peter’s Retaining Wall & Slope Repair (Warwick Township, PA)

A $6.8M emergency PennDOT project restoring safety to an 815-ft stretch of St. Peter’s Road after severe slope erosion reduced traffic to one lane. Completed ahead of schedule in May 2026, the project included a 570-ft retaining wall supported by 58 drilled piles, upgraded drainage, and roadway reconstruction, all designed to stabilize the hillside while preserving the area’s historic character. TPD provided construction inspection and oversight in partnership with Larson Design Group and Loftus Construction.

Congratulations to Zach Marinelli (pictured at right) for being recognized with NJIT 's Distinguished Young Alumni Award at the Civil Engineering and Environmental Department’s annual Awards Ceremony on Friday, May 15th. This prestigious award recognizes NJIT young alumni for their exceptional achievements in career, public service and/or volunteer activities. This week, some folks from our Harrisburg Office honored National Bike to Work Week by participating in a group ride along the Harrisburg Greenbelt. The team covered over 16.5 miles, traveling from Wildwood Park to City Island and up to Fort Hunter. It was a great way to promote healthy habits, sustainability, and team engagement while taking advantage of the beautiful local river walk. 🚴‍♀️🚴
