Careno Construction is excited to see the new Traene Fitness Center in Dover, NH nearing completion, with the facility scheduled to open in November 2026.

This project has been a true design/build effort led by Careno Construction, working in partnership with Portsmouth Architects to bring the vision for this major new fitness and recreation facility to life.

Traene will feature 120+ lifting stations, 60+ cardio machines, 10 indoor pickleball courts, saunas, cold plunges, red light therapy, massage chairs, locker rooms, lounge areas, work pods, and more.

We’re proud to be leading the design-build team on this exciting project and look forward to seeing the facility open its doors this November.

We are very excited to share the recently completed renovation of the Community Church of Durham.

The project included steeple and bell tower restoration, re-gliding of the weathervane, new granite entry steps and railings, front door refurbishment, and complete exterior preparation and paining.

The improvements give the church a fresh, updated appearance while maintaining the traditional character of this beautiful historic building.

We’re proud to have been part of preserving and improving such an important community landmark.

Careno Construction is very proud to have been part of the SMS renovation project, recently highlighted in SAU 16 — 60 in 16.

The project included additions and renovations throughout the school, and our team is pleased to successfully complete the work while helping improve the facility for students, staff, and the broader school community.

Careno Construction is proud to share this transformation at the Greengard Center for Autism in Portsmouth, New Hampshire.

Our Team converted an unfinished basement into a fully finished theater and recreation space, complete with new finishes, seating areas, lighting, flooring, and a completed bathroom.

A small project with a meaningful impact, and one we are very proud to have been a part of.
