What a perfect afternoon for our Annual Property Tour featuring Hazelwood Green!

This 58‑acre former steel mill site has transformed into a vibrant mixed‑use district along the Monongahela River. Our tour showcased incredible highlights from LEED Gold buildings and cutting‑edge robotics labs to new housing, community spaces, and even a historic galley-style brew house now home to local craft breweries.

As we walked the site, it was inspiring to see how many women in our region helped shape these projects through engineering, design, and construction leadership. Their impact is visible in every corner of Hazelwood Green.

𝐍𝐄𝐖 𝐅𝐚𝐜𝐞𝐬 𝐅𝐫𝐢𝐝𝐚𝐲! Please join us in welcoming Eric Huth, PE, CPD, CGD, LEED AP! Eric joined our team as a Senior Mechanical Engineer and has quickly become a valued member of the ! With more than 30 years of experience, Eric brings extensive expertise in plumbing, fire protection, and HVAC design. He is licensed in 17 states and is also Certified in Geo-Exchange Design, Certified in Plumbing Design, and is a LEED Accredited Professional.

Get to know Eric.... when asked about his favorite movies, he admitted it was a tough question because he loves movies, but his top picks include Alien, The Godfather, Top Gun, Star Wars, and Raiders of the Lost Ark. Outside of work, Eric stays busy keeping up with his four college-aged children, playing keyboard in a cover band, and enjoys watching racing.
