The DP1 system operates at higher pressures with its 1st-stage regulator, the RS4, and the RS4 p+. When the RS4 p+—which auto-regulates at depth—is connected to the primary first stage RS4 on the diver’s back gas, the higher inverted pressure pushes down a piston and takes over delivering air from the surface supply line to the diver’s entire kit.

💪It features a high-pressure, Kevlar-reinforced line, built-in communications line, and abrasion and chemical-resistant coatings.

Lifeline, comm line, and airline are all integrated into one neutral, buoyant, lightweight, and compact package.

🤿The diver should not need to worry about the equipment during the dive, but rather concentrate on the task at hand.🌊💦

MABAS Division 1 divers are operating at a division drill today. The DP1 system is the standard Rescue mode supplied air system for most of the greater northern Illinois and southern Wisconsin fire and police departments. The fastest a team can deploy the system in an unassembled configuration is 1:27, that’s one minute 27 seconds! That’s faster than your Diver can dress!
