Last week we had our 𝗳𝗶𝗿𝘀𝘁 𝗧𝗼𝘄𝗻 𝗛𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝗼𝗳 2026 in Pittsburgh and it was such a great moment to pause and reflect as a team 💙

We looked back on everything the ProMinent family accomplished in 2025, celebrated the wins, talked honestly about where we can improve, and aligned on what’s ahead. These moments matter because they remind us that we’re all moving in the same direction.

One of our favorite parts was presenting the Golden Pump Award, which this quarter went to 𝗝𝗮𝗺𝗶𝗲-𝗟𝘆𝗻𝗻 🎉👏 Her hard work, dedication, and impact do not go unnoticed, and we couldn’t be prouder of all that she’s accomplished.

Taking time each quarter to reflect, reconnect, and realign keeps us growing together as a team.
