Meet the newest members of Captain Krusty’s Kat Krewe: **Misty and Opy**.

Misty is the gray lady of the operation—a full-time pirate kat and part-time Saintsation. Opy is the little yellow bruiser—a full-time deck-raiding mutineer and part-time Saints running back.

They have already staged their first official takeover.

The kittens are **kittenapping Captain Krusty** and dragging him to the Saints’ first preseason game this Saturday, August 15. Apparently, attendance is mandatory, objections will be ignored, and Captain Krusty’s authority has once again been reduced to “guy who drives the kittens places.”

As a result of this tiny black-and-gold mutiny, **Southern Cross will be closed Saturday, August 15.**

Due to a large scrap yard fire at 1000 Myrick Street, heavy smoke is present in the area. The fire is contained and is not a threat, but please use caution when traveling in the area this morning.

I have commandeered the black vessel, loaded the plunder, and I am TEARING OUT OF THIS DRIVEWAY at full sail. 🐱💨🚗💨

The kittens tried to stow away in the back seat.

I counted them out.

I left anyway. 😤

Pepper tried to tell me the route I was taking was wrong.

She was correct.

I am not acknowledging this. 🙄

Captain Krusty waved goodbye from the office window.

He looked relieved.
