Safety you can see before you even look at the specs.

This K-2000 fully integrated with a CAT 777D puts one of Klein’s most important safety advantages on full display: Trap Tank Technology™.

Look closely at the operator’s sightlines.

The narrower top and wider base of Trap Tank Technology™ allow the operator to see down the sides of the machine, providing improved visibility around this massive piece of equipment. With traditional flat-sided oval or modified rectangular tank designs, those same sightlines can be obstructed.

But visibility is only part of the advantage.

That same geometry also places the tank’s center of gravity lower than non-Trap Tank Technology™ designs of comparable capacity. Combined with Klein’s engineered internal tank structure and PFC (Precision Flow Control), the system is designed to provide superior stability and more controlled water movement in demanding off-highway conditions.

On equipment this large, these aren't small differences.

They directly support the people operating the machine and the crews working around it.

Klein’s Trap Tank Technology™ is a safety advantage built into the shape of the equipment itself.

Better visibility.
Lower center of gravity.
Greater stability.

A safer way to put water to work.

Keep it Klein.

Fleet planning is easier when you know what's coming.

Engine transitions, changing production schedules, and limited availability can make future equipment purchases harder to predict.

Klein planned ahead to give our customers another option.

We secured production allocation for new 2027 Peterbilt 548 chassis equipped with the proven PACCAR PX-9, helping customers plan upcoming water truck replacements and fleet additions with greater certainty.

Pair it with a Klein K400 4,000-gallon water tank system configured for your operation.

If a water truck is already in your capital plan, now is the time to secure your production.

Happy Labor Day from Klein Products!

To the crews working through the dust, heat, early mornings, long shifts, and demanding conditions: this day is for you.

Labor Day is a recognition of the people whose hard work has helped build and strengthen this country. The operators, welders, mechanics, fabricators, drivers, technicians, tradespeople, and countless others who show up every day and get the job done.

At Klein, we're proud to be part of that tradition.

From the people who manufacture and assemble our equipment to the crews who put it to work in the field, we know dependable equipment is only part of the equation. It's the people behind it who keep jobsites productive, projects moving, and industries running.

We're proud to build equipment that works as hard as the people who depend on it.

To everyone who puts in the work: thank you. Happy Labor Day.

“Good enough” is usually cheap at the beginning. That’s the problem. It looks like savings.

✕ Until the repairs start.
✕ Until the workarounds become routine.
✕ Until the downtime starts adding up.
✕ Until operators lose confidence.
✕ Until a small issue becomes an expensive one.

The cheapest decision is not always the lowest-cost decision.

The real question is: What will this cost over the life of the equipment?

That’s where smart fleet decisions are made.

Innovation doesn’t always start with a big idea. Sometimes it starts with irritation.

Why does this keep happening?
Why are operators working around this?
Why has everyone accepted this as normal?

Those questions matter because the jobsite has a way of exposing what brochures and presentations never will. Real innovation has to work where the work actually happens.

That same field-first thinking is behind solutions like Klein’s Porto-Tower®; designed to give crews a practical water-distribution solution when the jobsite demands more flexibility.

We don’t just listen to what customers ask for. We pay attention to what the job is asking from them.

💬 What’s one jobsite challenge you wish equipment manufacturers paid more attention to?

Passing inspection is important. But passing inspection is not the same as performing safely in the field.

Real jobsites introduce variables no checklist can fully capture:
⚠️ Uneven terrain
⚠️ Changing payloads
⚠️ Operator decisions
⚠️ Long shifts
⚠️ Harsh conditions

That’s why safety must start with the design:
✔️ Weight distribution
✔️ Mounting
✔️ Control
✔️ Visibility
✔️ Safety

Those aren’t things you add at the end. They have to be engineered into the system from the beginning.

Downtime doesn’t just cost money. It costs trust.

When a truck goes down, the ripple effect moves fast:
Crews wait.
Schedules slip.
Management starts asking questions.

And the fleet manager is expected to have answers.

That’s why uptime is more than a maintenance metric.

It’s reputation. It’s credibility. It’s confidence that the equipment is ready when the job is.

That reliability has to be engineered in.

Because the right equipment shouldn’t create another problem to solve. It should help prevent one.

💬 What creates the biggest threat to uptime in your operation: breakdowns, parts availability, maintenance, or something else?

When the job depends on water, waiting to fill shouldn’t be what slows you down. 💧

The KPT-120 Porto-Tower® is built to help crews move water efficiently and keep equipment working where it belongs: in the field.

Faster filling means less time spent waiting and more time supporting the work that matters—from dust control and soil compaction to demanding day-to-day jobsite operations.

And like every Klein system, the Porto-Tower® is about more than one piece of equipment. It’s part of a bigger approach to water distribution built around:

⚙️ Efficiency to keep the filling process moving
💧 Performance to get water where it needs to go
⏱️ Uptime to reduce unnecessary delays in the operation
🦺 Reliability for equipment engineered for demanding environments

Because productivity isn’t only about how well equipment performs once it gets to work. It’s also about how quickly you can get it back to work.

Keep it Klein.
