ABS is excited to share that our Solutionist for October 2026 is Manny Morales!

Manny works in our Corporate warehouse and also supports our California customers as a VMI tech. He has earned the highest number of nominations so far, with teammates recognizing his dedication, reliability, camaraderie, and hard work.

Manny may be a quiet guy, but he takes his job and responsibilities very seriously. He has no problem speaking up when it comes to protecting customer service and inventory accuracy. His attention to detail, knowledge of our customers’ VMI inventory, and willingness to step in wherever needed make a real difference for both our team and our customers.

Here are a couple of comments received about Manny:

“I speak to Manny almost on a daily basis and his passion and drive to accomplish his daily tasks is inspiring. He is an absolute warrior. I really appreciate him, and I know ABS does too. I hope he wins the next round.”

“Manny works in the warehouse and is primarily in charge of taking care of the counts for all our VMIs. Not only does he help with the workflow in our warehouse, but he also visits many of our customers’ warehouses and directly impacts their day to day. There have been many instances where Manny has shown his expertise and knowledge of every single one of our customers’ VMI inventory. Not every customer has an organized or clean warehouse, yet Manny always knows where to look when the customers themselves have trouble locating their product.”

David Klesser & Dan Henigsmith from ABS attended the Elkhart County 4H Fair expansion groundbreaking on Friday evening.

The Elkhart County 4-H Fairgrounds plans a major campus expansion project to enhance facilities, expand 4-H youth programming, and create new opportunities for community events and regional tourism in Elkhart County. Completion is anticipated by summer 2027 ahead of the Elkhart County 4-H Fair.
