For nearly two centuries, the Hutchins family property has been a cornerstone of this community. After the devastating fire in 2022, we knew this site deserved a second life—one that honors the past while embracing the future.

This morning, with a ribbon cut and a community gathered, we proudly introduced Hutchins Commons: a reimagined space featuring convenient parking, vibrant retail, and modern apartments—designed and built by Coastal General Construction.
