On Saturday, October 10, associates from our MSP market gathered at the Mall of America for the American Cancer Society’s Making Strides of the Twin Cities walk, supporting the fight to end breast cancer.

🔨 Building the Future Starts Today 🔨

Build My Future WI brought more than 1,500 students to Glenwood City for a day of hands-on career exploration, and our Arrow, Lampert, and Lyman team was proud to be part of it.

Our bird feeder station was packed with students throughout the day, with a steady line of future builders eager to get involved. It's exciting to see so many students discovering the opportunities available in the construction industry.

We're proud to have supported this event since its inception and remain committed to helping build the future of our industry, one project at a time.

A big thank you to Lumbermen's Inc. and Andersen Windows + Doors for hosting Lunch & Learns recently held at the Lampert Northfield yard.

Events like these are a great opportunity for sales teams and builders to get hands-on exposure to new products, learn best practices for installation and application, and gain valuable insights that help them better serve their customers. The more we learn, the more confidence we bring to every project.

Meet Griffin Hagen, a finance student from Iowa State University, and one of the interns who joined us this summer.

Through conversations with sales reps, managers, contractors, and industry professionals, Griffin sharpened his communication skills and gained valuable insight into the business. His biggest takeaway? Never be afraid to ask questions and stay curious.
