Last week we had the opportunity to share the success of our Apprenticeship Program @ a Newton Chamber breakfast!

Thanks to our partnership with USD 373 and Hutchinson Community College, one talented apprentice has gained valuable hands-on experience while developing the skills needed for a successful career in welding. This collaboration is a great example of how local education and industry can work together to create opportunities for students and strengthen our workforce.

We look forward to continuing to grow this program and inspire the next generation of skilled professionals!
