What You’ll Do:
• Maintain and repair CNC machines and facility equipment

$20–$26/hr | Full‑Time | 2nd Shift
We’re looking for a detail‑driven Deburr/Polisher to support the finishing and final inspection of aircraft components and high‑tech assemblies in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.

What You’ll Do
Deburr, polish, and blend precision parts to visual & print standards
Work with metals like stainless steel, titanium, Inconel & aluminum
Use hand tools, Dremels, files, and polishing equipment
Read and interpret prints & dimensional requirements
Perform final visual inspections and complete job documentation

What We’re Looking For
2+ years deburring/polishing experience (preferred)
Experience reading prints & working to tight tolerances
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
Professional, team‑oriented, and safety‑focused

Position: CNC Machinist

Precision Work That Matters-
Since 1979, Latva Machine has been machining high‑precision components for the Aerospace, Military, and Undersea industries. If you take pride in tight tolerances, complex parts, and challenging materials, this is the shop for you.

What You’ll Do
• Set up and operate CNC mills and/or lathes independently
• Machine complex parts to ±.0005″ tolerances
• Work with Inconel, Titanium, and Molybdenum
• Read blueprints and GD&T
• Make program edits and offsets at the machine
• Inspect your own work and troubleshoot as needed

What We’re Looking For
• 3+ years CNC machining experience (mill and/or lathe)
• Strong setup, tooling, and inspection skills
• Comfortable editing programs at the machine
• Detail‑oriented, reliable, and self‑motivated
