What You'll Do:
As a CNC Machine Operator, you’ll be hands-on with cutting-edge machinery, turning raw material into mission-critical parts. Your attention to detail, mechanical know-how, and ability to work with precision will directly impact the success of every job.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate a variety of CNC machines and interfaces
Optimize feeds and speeds for efficient production
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and GD&T specs
Use calipers and other precision measuring tools
Perform on-the-fly program edits and suggest tooling improvements
Meet or exceed setup and production time goals
Contribute to special projects and customer-driven deadlines
What We're Looking For:
Strong mechanical aptitude and eagerness to learn
Solid math skills and an analytical mindset
Experience with GD&T and inspection equipment
Ability to read blueprints and follow detailed instructions
Physical stamina to handle repetitive tasks and lift heavy items
High school diploma or equivalent (vocational training/apprenticeship is a plus)
Positive attitude, team player mentality, and process improvement mindset
